Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is delivered, or work to complete the product is substantially started or is complete but yet to be delivered, or a specialist is assigned 24 hours prior to the shoot, or the specialist is traveling to the provided location, all of which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read the product descriptions before making a purchase.


A purchase may only be successfully cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot for a full refund.
